Here at Mr. Hot and Cold Maintenance isn't just cleaning filters and wiping things down. We take a technical approach that applies the science and specific parameters set in place by system manufacturers to ensure that everything in your home is running smoothly and properly.

Maintenance includes filter cleaning (a regular must), disinfecting the system casing, checking for mold within the fan space, cleaning and testing your drain pan to ensure there are no clogs. The system will be tested in heating or cooling, depending on the season, to ensure the system is delivering the proper amount of heat or cooling. It can be determined if the system is having issues based on these readings. 

A visual inspection of coil ends and electrical will be made as well before moving outdoors to check over the coil, electrical and compressor. 

Maintenance starts at $150 for one indoor unit and one outdoor unit, with $50 for each additional indoor unit, and $25 for each additional outdoor unit. A deep clean is needed when mold build-up is found within the fan space.

We will set up a bib and bucket kit to spray down the unit, cleaning it thoroughly. Deep cleans start at $200 and an additional $75 for each additional indoor unit, or $50 for each additional outdoor unit.
